DT studio is a registered business operating in the Republic of Croatia. The design, layout, text, and code of this website belong to DT studio and may not be copied, reused, or republished without permission. This is separate from the question of who may use an individual photograph shown on the site, which the license page covers.
Acceptable Use
Use this site for its intended purpose: to see DT studio's work and get in touch about it. Don't scrape or harvest content from it, misuse the contact form through spam or automated abuse, or use the site for anything unlawful.
No Warranty, Limited Liability
This site and everything on it are provided as is, with no warranty of any kind. DT studio doesn't guarantee the site will run uninterrupted or error free, or that every detail on it stays current. To the extent the law allows, DT studio isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Third-Party Links
This site links to Instagram, vendor websites, and other content DT studio doesn't control. DT studio isn't responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any site it links to.
Your Wedding Agreement Comes First
If you book DT studio, the signed service agreement between you and DT studio governs the booking, the coverage, and the delivered photographs and films. These terms apply to the website, not the wedding, and they don't replace that agreement. Where the two conflict, the signed agreement controls.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any dispute arising from use of this site falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts with authority over DT studio's registered seat.
Changes and Contact
DT studio may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here is the one that applies, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@studiodt.com.
